 Wedding cake no longer has to be the traditional white cake. Other flavor choices are:

 The Cold Spring Bakery offers a variety of icings.

• Chocolate Whipped Icing
• Fondant (currently not avaialble)
• Chocolate Fondant Buttercream and fondant icings can be colored to match your theme color

Add your favorite filling.  Options include:

• Fresh strawberry (seasonal)
• Fresh raspberry (seasonal)
• Lemon
• Chocolate fudge 
• Mousse fillings which include strawberry, raspberry, chocolate, vanilla, lemon or mango,  mousse of mint. caramel, custard, peanut butter, mint, bavarian cream and blueberry

• 6" Double layer serves 4-6
• 8" Single Layer serves 6-8
• 8" Double  layer serves 12-16

• 1/4 Sheet serves 20-24 
• 1/2 Sheet serves 40-48 
• Full sheet serves 80-96 

 Cupcakes come in the same flavors as cakes.  However marble mini cupcakes are not available.
